Villa Teresa Overview

The pretty Villa Teresa is situated right in front of the Canggu beach, a quiet fishermen village, 20 minutes further north of famous fashionable shops, restaurants and nightlife in the area Seminyak. It is only 40 minutes from Bali International airport, 15 minute to Tanah Lot Temple – Nirwana Bali Golf Course designed by Greg Norman (The Shark) – Le Meridien Resort. To the north just 45 minutes drive away is the cultural center of Ubud.

Villa Teresa Accommodation

Set on 5,600 square meters block, entirely Villa Teresa has 5 luxury bedrooms with 2 private swimming pools. In fact Villa Teresa is divided into two parts which can be rented as Three Bedrooms and Two Bedrooms. The Sea View villa contains 3 bedroom private pavilions, and The River View contains 2 bedrooms private pavilions with river view. Each part has its own entrance gate.

Teresa Sea View – 3 Bedrooms

Set on 3,500 square meters block of land, this Sea View in fact is located on the lip of the beach. The blue Indian ocean can be viewed from the Cognac Room at the Living area second floor, and also from the BBQ corner.

Entering Villa Teresa you will be greeted by a two storeys structure stands right in the middle of the area. This the Living and Dining area. Downstairs is place where you will have your meals, and upstairs is best place to view the ocean. To serve this dining area, a fully equipped kitchen is placed next door. Leaving this structure, then you will arrive at the garden and its large infinity swimming pool (6.5 x 15m).

Bedrooms

Basically Villa Teresa Sea View contains 3 bedrooms. The Master Bedroom is located facing the river and close to the access to the beach. This room is specially featured with private Jacuzzi equipped with a four-posted king size bed with AC, mosquito net, in-room Safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. Connected to this bedroom is a walk-in wardrobe/dressing area with spacious deluxe bathroom with large bathtub and the Jacuzzi.

The second bedroom is called Japanese Room, located adjacent to the Master Bedroom, equipped with king-size bed safe deposit box, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. Connected to this bedroom is a walk in wardrobe/dressing area with deluxe bathroom with large bathtub and outdoor garden shower.

The Third bedroom is located opposite to the Master, but adjacent to the kitchen. This room is equipped with a four-posted queen size bed with AC , mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. Like other bedrooms, connected to bedroom is a walk in wardrobe/ dressing area with outdoor bathroom, large Terazzo bathtub, and an outdoor garden shower. In-front of the bedroom is wooden verandah overlooks the pool and the garden.

To provide the best service, the pool is served with a special structure for massage, located near swimming pool. The pool itself is still completed with a pool bale.

River View Villa – 2 Bedrooms

Set on 1,600 sqm land, this two bedrooms villa comprises of two self standing structures with traditional alang-alang roof. The main building is a 2 stories with large modern kitchen, open plan living and dining overlooking the pool, the garden, the rice-field and the river. Upstairs is private living and verandah overlooking the river, the rice-field and the ocean. Its bedroom is located upstairs, it has twin beds (120 X 200 each bed) which is moveable to double bed (king size bed) and has AC, mosquito net, satellite TV, CD stereo player, VCD. Connected to bedroom is dressing area with large modern bathroom with bathtub, shower with hot and cold water.

The second building is a single pavilion, styled similar with other pavilion at the Sea View Villa, equipped with king size bed, has AC, mosquito net. Connected to bedroom is dressing area with large bathroom with bathtub, shower. On the side of the bedroom there is a wooden verandah overlooking the river and the garden.

The lap swimming pool (shallow to end) size 4 X 12 meters located between the two buildings.
