Your venue is amazing !!! it was almost unrealistic it was that good….the service was something that I have never experienced at any hospitality venue anywhere ever (even Establishment)…..All the staff were excellent in everyway and Made was the cherry on top.

We had a truly fabulous time at Villa Sungai. Totally relaxing in exquisite surroundings, elegant accommodation, superb food…and the staff were delightful in every possible way. The holiday exceeded all our expectations; we were deeply reluctant to leave.

The villa exceeds expectations and after 20 yrs with British Airways I know a thing or two about customer service. Made and the team are exceptional - this is the best managed villa we have stayed at. I am plotting our rtn soon.

THANK YOU so much for the most magnificent week in Bali.
Villa Sungai is hard to describe as no word seems to justify the perfection of every detail. The exclusivity, amenities and style were abundant and second to none.
The calm, warm, radiant exterior of Trisha, Iluh and Wayan contributed to the much needed serenity of our week, making it very difficult (if not impossible) for us to leave the Villa, even to sightsee.
Made is a sparkling gem and absolutely flawless! His patience (which I’m sure us shopaholic girls tested daily), humour and beautiful smile were a constant, and dearly missed when we all got back to the rat race.
I will have great pleasure recommending the Villa to all in the entertainment industry, especially my celebrity clients

Thank you for providing such an amazing place and destination for us to enjoy. The Villa, the staff and the location were incredible. We could not have asked for anything more.
This was a very special trip as we were all celebrating milestones in our marriages 20 years and 25 years and had not left our children for any significant time before but I must say it did not take us long to relax.
The staff at the Villa are lovely, very mindful of looking after your every need but not at all intrusive, which is an amazing skill.
We would love to visit again sometime with our children so that they could discover how different life can be.
Once again thank you for the wonderful opportunity to visit this beautiful place and see it from a very different perspective.
