Villa Suluban Cliff is a brand new private contemporary villa offering total luxury and seclusion in a breathtaking setting. The property overlooks the stunning white sand beaches of Suluban. Beyond are views of Dreamland and Padang Padang; these among the earth’s top surfing spots. Spot manatees, dolphins and an abundance of other sea life beneath.

To the west, watch the stunning sunsets over Uluwatu, look north to see the mountain peaks of Gunung Batukaru and Mount Agung. It is 5 minutes drive north of Uluwatu Temple; 30 minutes drive from the airport; 15 minutes drive to the New Kuta Golf Course; 10 minutes walk to secluded Suluban beach.

Villa Suluban Cliff is a modern Balinese style residence offering 5 star luxury accommodation for up to 12 persons. The estate comprises: a main villa and terrace, 4 stand alone bedroom suites, a spa pavilion, cascading reflecting pool, glass-fronted infinity pool, elevated pool terrace, cliff front lawn and cliff edge dining bale & bar. The main villa is located at the elevated rear of the property and the land then slopes down to the cliff edge affording stunning sea views from all parts of the property.

Main Villa

The main villa built on elevated ground comprises an entrance pavilion with reflective pond, open plan living and dining areas and an extensive kitchen.

The Living / Entertainment area in classy black and white with adjoining powder room is fully equipped with: 52′ Philips LCD TV with HD Philips DVD/VCD player; Satellite TV Channels; Quad Hi-Fi system offering CD and iPod Playability; Wireless High Speed Internet Access; IDD and internal telephone system

The dining set up for 12 affords views of the ocean for everyone seated. Whether you dine in the air conditioned comfort or out on its terrace, you can’t help but take in the everpresent vista of the Indian Ocean.

Infinity Pool

From the terrace above, the reflective pool cascades onto a 25m Glass-Fronted Infinity Pool. The three level reflective pool is a central water feature that separates Villa Suluban Cliff suites on the eastern and western parts of the property.

It follows the slopes of the property and towards the lower levels just by the Master & Pool Suites, the reflective pool joins the swimming pool for some Jacuzzi bubbles. The infinity pool fronted by glass close to the cliff face affords an underwater view of the ocean.

Villa Suluban Cliff Edge Dining Bale

Sunset cocktails or dine al-fresco,Villa Suluban Cliff Bale is truly the most spectacular setting to lounge & chill out. Only glass boundary panels separate the cliff face ensuring unhindered views of the sea below. Beyond the Bale are the cliff front lawns and garden spaces perfect for that cocktail party or intimate wedding reception.

Villa Suluban Cliff Pool Terrace

The elevated pool terrace is such a vantage point of rolling surf and the receding tides off Suluban Beach. Spot the marine life or feast on the panaromic view of the Indian Ocean and north Bali from its deck. Watch fishermen wade in the receding tide and fishing boats go out for their catch.

SPA Pavilion

Set beneath the Main Villa Terrace, the sky-lit Spa Pavilion, complete with customized massage beds and ensuite bathroom is your very own therapy pavilion. But of course you may enjoy your treatments either in the air-conditioned comfort of the Pavilion or by the terraces of the property

There are four suites:

Villa Suluban Cliff Master Suite

Situated on the North West front of the property, the spacious master suite comprises super king size bed that cleverly hides a full size pull out single bed beneath. Silver silk headboards, purple silk drapes, funky lamps and matching bedside tables set the chic decor.

The unsually large wardrobe space in customized black gloss panels and purple interior leads to the equally spacious mirrored ensuite bathroom with opposite double vanity stations.

Air-conditioned separately from the bedroom, the ensuite is luxuriously fitted with chrome basins and Italian black satin designer taps. The continued theme of black gloss & purple interior finish prevails in the vanities’ design.

Slate black tiled the shower room that comes with a choice of rain and handshower. Separated by two sets of glass doors from the ensuite bathroom, the bath at the outdoor garden has been positioned to enable a vista of the ocean through a window opening in the wall.

The master suite living area opens onto the spacious master terrace that overlooks the cliff front. Here, relish unparalleled views of the rolling surf, Suluban beach and the north skyline.

Pool Suite

Situated on the North Eastern front of the property the spacious pool suite comprises super king size bed that also hides a full size pull out single bed underneath its frame. Silver silk headboards against textured ‘floating wall’ blend in with the luxurious silver silk drapes and metallic grey organza.

The large wardrobe space in custom finished black gloss panels and fuchsia interior leads to the spacious ensuite bathroom with double basins in customized black gloss & fuchsia finished vanity. Its generous size black slated shower room is fitted with a choice of rain & hand shower and the separate toilet complete with hand spray.

Adjoining the ensuite is the Bali style outdoor shower set in a minimalist pebbled garden. Only the frameless glass panel and doors separate the ensuite from the outdoor garden & shower area giving you a sense of the outdoor merging with the ensuite.

The bedroom area naturally opens onto its own private terrace with fabulous views across the infinity pool to the Indian Ocean and rolling surf. Villa Suluban Cliff Lush Green Suite

Situated on the western part of the property behind the master suite, the Lush Green Suite still commands a vantage view of the ocean and rolling surf. Its custom finished smoky black super king size bed with matching bedside tables accommodates a pull out single bed under its silk valence. The glass sliding doors decked with lush green silk and grey organza drapes, opens to the suite’s minimalist garden terrace.

To the east of the suite is the sight and sound of the cascading black tiled reflective pool that transverses the centre of the Property. The wardrobe panels and double vanity in the ensuite situated behind the bedroom ‘floating’ wall continues with the customized smoky black finish and lush green interior. The ensuite bathroom, with its mirrored wall and glass panel, enjoys a spacious outdoor shower & pebbled garden view.

Villa Suluban Cliff Turquoise Suite

Situated on the eastern side of the Property, Turquoise Suite also commands the ever-present ocean view in this Property. Its custom finishes throughout is smoky black from the super king size bed frame with the pulled out single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe panels to vanity drawers that has a touch of turquoise interior.

Here champagne silk and grey organza drape the glass sliding doors that open to a minimalist garden terrace elevated to the right of the central reflective pool walkway. The already spacious double vanity ensuite is further enhanced with the use of ceiling to floor mirror and paneled glass that brings the outdoor view inside.
