Each villa is identical, a two storey residence set on a 300 m2 plot with 250 m2 floor space has two spacious air-conditioned bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, the master bedrooms also features a walk in wardrobe. On the upper deck is a smaller air-conditioned room which can be used as a third guest bedroom or office.

Villa Catur Kembar have been designed to take advantage of the tropical climate so the social areas such as lounge, dining area, upper deck and kitchen are open living style. The decor follows traditional Balinese architecture with local terracotta, marble hardwoods and antique wood carvings throughout.
