Villa Casis, an award winning villa, nestling just 200 metres from Sanur beach, offers a tranquil retreat set amongst the lush and tropical streets of this peaceful Balinese beachside gem. Villa Casis is designed by Balinese architect Ketut Arthana using the best materials and to the highest specification. Built on 800sqm and only a 200 metre stroll to the beach, this prestigious property offers a new level of luxury to private villas.

Villa Casis Accommodation

Villa Casis Sanur comprises of six air-conditioned bedrooms each with private bathroom en-suite. Tastefully designed and decorated, the rooms fuse modern with antique furnishings, wood parquet floors, artwork and safety deposit boxes.

There are three bedrooms downstairs which feature king size double beds, semi open-air bathrooms with large terrazzo bathtubs and sliding doors to an open deck and the pool. The three bedrooms upstairs boast an open roofed design with king-sized four-poster beds, private balconies with deck chairs and hammocks, and en-suite bathrooms with standing showers. Each bedroom features large glass sliding doors which open to a balcony overlooking the swimming pool.

The bedrooms have been equipped with the most exclusive amenities including goose-down bedding, the finest cotton sheets, handmade spa soaps and shampoos, and a hair dryer. These rooms also have fitted wardrobes, a combination safe-box and vanity tables. All the furniture has been bespoke designed for Villa Casis with the bed linen made from the finest cotton and with goose down pillows and comforters.

The upstairs rooms have pressurized hot water showers in the bathrooms while the downstairs rooms have both showers and a Romanesque bathtub handmade for each room in an open roofed bathroom. All bathrooms are marble lined and appointed with luxurious bathrobes, face and body towels, personal spa products and hair dryer.

Villa Casis Living & Dining

The western designed kitchen is fully equipped with the best imported cutlery, crockery and kitchen equipment including a cappuccino machine with the famous Caswell’s coffee and teas; the best the island has to offer.

This kitchen is served by the adjoining dining room which seats twelve people. The surrounding glass doors offer views to the entire villa and outside is a feature wall with cascading water allowing a perfect sense of tranquility. Choose from a selection of European or Indonesian cuisine from the villa menu.

Located upstairs is a spacious air-conditioned library with plasma television, cable television, DVD player and BOSE surround sound system with a 1200 title movie library. The library hosts the villas computer with internet an email access. Comfortable sofas make this the perfect room for relaxation.

Villa Casis has a tropical garden and the swimming pool (7 x 10 metres) is located in the middle of the property, allowing one to cool down from Bali’s warm climate.
