Villa Baliana is one of very few homes of this standard in such close proximity to Legian Beach. It is strategically situated in the heart of Legian, just 20 min from the airport. Restaurants and shops are all within short walking distance. And it is only 200 meters from the famous Legian beach; so it is about 4 – 5 minutes to walk.

Villa Baliana is a centrally located two story solid brick, three bedrooms home set on a 1,000 m2 block with around 150 m2 of living space. One of very few homes of this standard in such close proximity to Legian Beach.

Villa Baliana Master Bed Room

The master bedroom features a King Size bed. It has a built-in wardrobe and is fully air-conditioned & opens onto the back terrace with a beautiful outlook of the garden & swimming pool. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with toilet, hand-basin, shower on glass room.

Villa Baliana Second Bed Room

The second as the third bedroom is also air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have a separate doorway leading to a shared en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom is fitted with a double bed and has a built-in wardrobe.

Villa Baliana Third Bed Room

The third as the second bedroom is also air-conditioned. Both bedrooms have a separate doorway leading to a shared en-suite bathroom, which includes a shower, toilet and hand basin. The third bedroom is fitted with two single beds and has a built-in wardrobe.

Villa Baliana Living room

The downstairs living area opens onto the back terrace, which runs across the entire end of the house, with views of the garden & swimming pool. The lounge area is L-shaped and comfortably furnished. The indoor dining area for is for six people. There is a TV with local channels and a DVD player. The upstairs living area is an open style and is furnished with bamboo furniture.

Villa Baliana Kitchen

The kitchen is positioned off the entrance hallway and is adjacent to the living area. Fixtures include a gas stove/oven, refrigerator, water filter and ample cupboard storage. A kitchen servers opens onto part of the living area, which serves as the indoor dining area.

Villa Baliana Outdoor

Villa Baliana has a superbly landscaped tropical garden with Balinese statues and flowers. The 8-shaped swimming pool (10 meter x 5 meter) is tiled and has a maximum depth of 1,50 meters and 1,00 meter at the shallow end. Perfect for entertaining & general family leisure. There is also a small section of the pool which is divided off from the main swimming area by an underwater tiled wall, designed for small children to bathe in safety, and has a depth of 70 cm.

Villa Baliana Gazebo

In the garden a detached pavilion/pergola (bale) serves as outdoor dining area (seats 6), which overlooks the pool & garden. There is also a BBQ!

Villa Baliana Staff

Two (2) household staff consist of a live-in couple (Made & Agus) who take care of all house keeping, the garden, pool & general maintenance. Both of them live on the property in the detached staff quarters. They also will take care of your children if you want to go out without them. An additional maid works at Villa Baliana when rental parties exceed more than three (3) persons.
