Villa Indah Manis

Villa Indah Manis is a peaceful 5 bedrooms retreat that can sleep up to 16 guests. Complete with two swimming pools and a spa, it is operated along the lines of an intimate boutique hotel, and rests in a spectacular location upon ‘The Bukit’ – Bali’s southern peninsula. The property incorporates a completely self-contained 1-bedroom Honeymoon Suite with private pool, which can be rented independently.

Villa Indah Manis

Surrounded by forest and rural scenes, Villa Indah Manis commands breathtaking views spanning the Indian Ocean and the southernmost tip of the island all the way up the west coast past Jimbaran, the airport, Kuta and Canggu, and inland to Bedugul. On a clear day, the awesome vista takes in Mt Batu Karu together with the volcanoes of East Java. This beautiful area boasts some of the most idyllic beaches in Bali, including Balangan, Dreamland, Bingin and Padang Padang. These hidden, white sandy coves are great for both surfers and non-surfers alike.

Designed to maximise the views and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. It is composed of a series of pavilions, with a dramatic 14 metre lap pool, complemented by a flat green lawn, terraces ornamental ponds and water features. All of the bedrooms are equipped with safe deposit boxes and hairdryers, and additional TVs can be provided upon request.

The property is built to be functional, designed around weddings, parties and celebrations. A full service kitchen provides the facilities to cater for up to eighty guests, all of whom can be seated on the terrace. The main garden can accommodate the same number for a Champagne reception, and the open-air bar is also a suitable area for stand-up cocktails. The pool can be covered with a temporary platform to create a dance floor or a stage for a live band. The terrace and lawns are also perfect for dance performances, and barbeques, which are a specialty of the villa. The modern Balinese architecture makes use of local materials, such as white Palimanan stone, teakwood and sandwash, together with sirap ironwood shingle for the roofs.

Location

Guests who stay at this luxurious destination villa will have no need to leave the environs. Nevertheless, the Bukit Peninsula is surrounded by best beaches of Bali, and within easy reach of all of the main tourist attractions of the island. It is just twenty minutes drive from the international airport and only thirty-five minutes drive from the endless shopping, vibrant nightlife and international restaurants of Kuta and Seminyak.

Bali Golf and Country Club, bordered by the Ocean at Nusa Dua and voted one of top five golf courses in Asia, is a mere fifteen minute car journey away. Other easily accessible sporting amenities include tennis facilities, horseback riding, dive schools, sailing cruises and much more. A car and driver is available on request at an additional charge.

Villa Canggu

Villa Canggu is nestled within the beautiful agricultural belt between Kuta and Tanah Lot, an area that is home to some of the most luxurious private residences on the island. The spectacular 4-bedroom Villa Canggu complete with swimming pool, is located just 50 metres from the beach in the tiny fishing village of Nelayan, literally meaning fisherman, close to Canggu on Bali southwest coast.
Designed to maximise the natural light, and catch the cool breezes even at the hottest time of year, the property offers a blend of air-conditioned comfort and tropical open-air living. There are numerous relaxation areas, so guests will always find a private spot for peace and quiet. In fact, a large family or group of people could stay at the villa and still lose each other within its depths. In addition to this, guests have the choice of a number of different eating areas, all of which present a unique atmosphere.

The magnificent Living and Dining Room is the central focus of the villa; it is accessed by a grand flight of Palimanan stone steps leading up from the pool terrace, in addition to another staircase located near the front door. This long room is characterised by a polished wood floor with a terrazzo border under a soaring dark timber roof. Colourful local artwork adorns the walls and, at one end, sliding glass doors open onto a verandah with a gorgeous ocean view. As soon as these doors are opened, the room is filled with cool sea breezes accompanied by the melodious sound of the waves. A set of folding glass doors above the central staircase can be opened to increase the effects of the cross ventilation, and the room is also equipped with four pendulous steel ceiling fans. When the doors are closed, guests have the option of air-conditioned comfort.

The living area is on the seaward side of the room, furnished with a long sofa, scatter cushions, ottomans, a coffee table, an arching chrome standard lamp, and a dark wood cabinet housing a flat screen satellite TV, DVD player and quality sound system.

Villa Canggu is supported by a carefully selected team of highly trained, friendly staff who will do their best to ensure that their guests experience a truly enjoyable stay in Bali. The team is headed by a villa manager who will oversee and coordinate the staff and property, and is available to assist guests during their stay. The team also includes an in-house chef, butlers, housekeepers, gardeners, pool attendants and security guards operating on a 24-hour shift basis.

The chef is trained in the preparation of both local and international cuisine, and is responsible for all the market shopping, in accordance with the needs and the whims of the guests. The housekeepers fulfil all of the housekeeping duties while also taking care of the daily laundry. Baby-sitting and massage services and the facilities of a car and driver are also available on request at an extra charge.
